Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production and implementation of approved commercial and institutional communication materials and the content for Corporate Social Media Networks, Intranet and Website, Corporate Email and SMS, E-Newsletter, Memorandum, Press Releases & Sponsored Editorials;
  • Assist in the production and implementation of all Corporate Events, Brand Events and CSII Events;
  • Design communication materials in accordance with corporate identity and coordinate with vendors for production;
  • Assist in drafting Press Releases Social Media Content and other Marketing & Communication content;
  • Implement the updates of approved content in the Corporate Social Media Network and Website and Intranet;
  • Edit and maintain media library of photographic, video, collateral, other visual and written assets;
  • Support Monthly Reporting consolidation including news clipping & monthly reports;
  • Perform administrative duties within the department;
  • Perform purchase and payment procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing Journalism or related field required;
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field;
  • Working Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design;
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing is a plus;
  • Some experience in writing press releases is a plus;
  • Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese, knowledge of Portuguese a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, designing and directing all projects and personnel within the MEP Engineering Disciplines including ELV, GAS, Lifts, Escalators and Travellators;
  • Review all MEP Engineering deliverables for technical content, drawing quality and adherence to code / project requirements and make sure the submissions meet project program;
  • Participate and lead discipline meetings and design reviews;
  • Establish design standards and procedures to manage the work of staff as well as the project teams by assisting in the review of quality assurance and quality control evaluations;
  • Collaborate with staff, Project Managers and Market Sector Leaders to improve or develop new engineering methods to improve efficiency, technique, quality and dependability;
  • Execute the works with full understanding and relevant technical requirements;
  • Ability to successfully and continuously lead a team of engineering professionals to meet and exceed project, discipline, and business unit goals within the budgeted cost;
  • Work closely with the company directors to build long-term strategic relationships with clientele, generate new leads and identify new business opportunities (for candidates with high potential to grow to a Director role);
  • Organize and prioritize work activities while utilizing efficient time management skills in meeting deadlines and staying on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor degree in E&M or Electrical Engineering;
  • 10+ years or above relevant working experience;
  • 5-8 years of progressive management experience;
  • Macau DSSCU registration;
  • Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
  • Familiar with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD, MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Visio and PDF editing;
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our clients;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of the Macau and Hong Kong markets, including the food distribution landscape.

  • ElectricalOperation, maintenance & repair service for high and low voltage distribution network system, UPS, Genset system;
  • Electrical – Operation, maintenance & repair service for lighting, building management / automation system;
  • MechanicalOperation, maintenance & repair service for air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, cooling and heating system, chillers, pumping or steam and water boilers system;
  • Mechanical – Operation, maintenance & repair service for elevator and escalator type equipment, fire fighting system, plumbing and drainage system;
  • Design and review of electrical power supply distribution system / HVAC system / electromechanical system;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical /  Building Service Engineering;
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
  • Knowledge in Integrated Management System is an advantage;
  • Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Proactive and service oriented;
  • 24-hour on call service required;
  • Candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Team Leader / Project Manager / Project in Charge for doing project design (including design document, calculations and drawings, etc.);
  • Assist Team Leader / Project Manager / Project in Charge for preparing statutory submission package and submission of work follow up;

  • 6 years or above relevant civil engineer working experience can be considered as Senior Civil Engineer;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, Office, etc.;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;

  • Assist Team Leader and Engineer for verifying all site measurement.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveyor; 
  • 6 years or above relevant surveying working experiences;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;

Responsibilities:

  • To design and assess Life Safety of different projects
  • In-charge of the production of the drafting force
  • To delegate and supervise works among the drafting team
  • To check drawings disciplines, to ensure that drawing standards are followed
  • To check structural drawings against architectural drawings
  • To help design and prepare detailed drawings
  • To assist the project manager with consultative and management works

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Design or Interior Design;

Requirements:

  • One year of relevant experience with good record;
  • Fluent in Cantonese;
  • Possess with green planting experience is an advantage;
