Responsibilities:

  • Register/process warehouse items and documents entry and exit records;
  • Maintain and organize storage items and documents as instructed;
  • Assist in the retention or disposal of stored items when necessary;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Junior high / high school graduate.
  • Having valid Macau Driving License is an advantage.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Able to read, write Chinese, and basic understanding in English.
  • Macau ID Holder.

Responsibilities:

  • General upkeep of the pantries, meeting rooms and office;
  • Tea serving and its related cleaning job for both guests and staff;
  • Storing and sorting public goods;
  • Office green planting and maintenance;
  • Assist on corporate activities and to provide logistic support;
  • Fit as some light lifting involved;
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience is preferred;
  • Fluent in Cantonese;
  • Possess with green planting experience is an advantage;
  • Punctual, sense of courtesy, accountable and patience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily administrative affairs of the company;
  • Assist in office management, access for external service providers whenever necessary;
  • Handle data input works, file management, phone calls, meet and greet visitors;
  • Assist on all corporate events;
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by supervisor;
  • Inventory control and procurement.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or above;
  • Experience in office administration is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office application, and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese;

Responsibilities:

  • Collect financial data to track performance of the operation and business;
  • Prepare statistics and financial reports;
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast;
  • Assist to analyze the root causes of variance from forecast and budget during monthly performance review;
  • Assist to analyze the costing and financial condition of projects;
  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline;
  • Strong in analytical, figures and reporting skills;
  • Ability to present complex financial information clearly;
  • Familiar in financial modeling;
  • Good PC skills such as Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, fast learner, and confidence;
  • Good command in both written/spoken English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking mentality;

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager/Director to coordinate different in-house design disciplines;
  • Assist the Project Manager/Director to compile all required information and documentations to facilitate the statutory submission, and monitor the permits and licenses submission status;
  • Assist the Project Manager/Director in the Liaison with the Authorities, Clients and other project stakeholders;
  • Perform Document Control and Management (cataloguing, logging, scanning, filing, etc.);
  • Perform out of office tasks, such as submissions to Authorities, Clients and other project stakeholders;
  • Assist to manage all the office clerical works;
  • Perform duties assigned by Project Manager/Director.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in engineering / architectural / I.T. / administration;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Acrobat; etc. software use;
  • Able to translate the Chinese (Traditional Characters) to English;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills;
  • Past work experience in an engineering design office, construction company environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize/attend environmental related meetings;
  • Organize/attend project related environmental inspection and monitoring and prepare the related report:
  • Monitor and follow up of all environmental protection related works on site;
  • Able to provide advices and suggestions on improving the environmental related matters on site;
  • Following up on DSPA comments after DSPA site inspection;
  • Examine the submitted environmental inspection reports, be able to provide remedial measures if the submitted report deviated from the local requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering;
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience;
  • Must have registered in DSSCU;
  • Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
  • Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
  • Working knowledge of environmental protection regulations and procedures;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering;
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience in civil engineering area, preferable in maintenance or building service;
  • Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
  • Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills.
