Responsibilities:

  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for measuring from drawings for estimation, tender and final account;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing Bills of Quantities or Schedule of Rates;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for attending site meetings and site measurement;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing the Final Account for the completed projects;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing the bidding document.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Higher Certificate or Diploma on Building Studies or construction related subjects;
  • Having relevant quantity surveying certificate or working experiences is an advantage;
  • Having new build or renovation construction works experience will be considered;
  • Adequate in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, MS-Office and MS-Project, etc.;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision;
  • Positive and affirmative personality and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the human resources operations, mainly recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee engagement;
  • Support Department Head on formulation and implementation of HR initiatives and projects in alignment with business objectives;
  • Acts as a Business Partner to work closely with Business Unit with proactive and consultative approach in executing manpower planning, work performance and staff engagement initiatives;
  • Develop and create compelling employee value proposition to retain and attract good talent;
  • Ensure the policies & procedures for the compliance with Macau labor law;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or Human Resources Management;
  • 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level in a sizable organization;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Strong sense and good knowledge of the labor market trend;
  • Strong in communication, leadership and problem solving skill;
  • Proactive, independent.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment function including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting;
  • Maintain and update candidate pool;
  • Support on exploring effective and diversified recruitment channels and methods;
  • Responsible for new hires onboard processes and orientation trainings;
  • Assist on planning and execution of recruitment events, career fairs and liaise with related organizers;
  • Support on training and development function, sourcing and coordination with training vendors and handle employee’s training requisition;
  • Record training documentation and assist on training expenses reimbursement and payment;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources field;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Strong in communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules;
  • Out-going, optimistic and open-minded;
  • Well-versed in Macau Labour Ordinance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers in project design, including the preparation of design documents, calculations, and drawings;
  • Assist engineers in preparing statutory submission documents and follow up on post-submission tasks;
  • Assist engineers in conducting site inspections and preparing site documentation;
  • Ensure that designs and construction comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Relevant work experience in civil engineering is preferred;
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, and English;
  • Skilled in using computer software such as AutoCAD, PDF editing tools, MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel), and MS Project;

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and oversee the design, production and implementation of approved commercial and institutional communication materials and the content for Corporate Social Media Network, Intranet and Website, Corporate Email and SMS, E-Newsletter, Memorandum, Press Releases & Sponsored Editorials;
  • Participate in the conceptual design and oversee the production and implementation of all Corporate Events, Brand Events and CSII Events;
  • Oversee the execution of the annual CSII program, optimizing its external and internal impact, maximizing its sources of income: sponsorships, donations, etc. and maximizing volunteers participation;
  • Oversee the quarterly production and distribution of the E-Newsletter;
  • Oversee the application of Corporate Identity in all media, events and other materials ensuring it consistently complies with the brand style guide;
  • Design communication materials;
  • Draft Press Releases Social Media Content and other Marketing & Communication content;
  • Prepare Press Kits and coordinate the distribution and media management;

  • Prepare Monthly Report and assist on ad-hoc project as assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related experience required;
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is required;
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus;
  • Experience in writing articles/press release, proofreading & edition is required;
  • Experience in events coordination required;
  • Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese, Portuguese a plus;
  • Candidate in less working experience could be considered as Assistant role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics;
  • Leading the team and ensure the execution of all Corporate Events, Brand Events and CSII events;
  • Correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments and create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity;
  • Communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce company news in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company;
  • Develop and distribute press releases, arranging interviews, and compiling press kits;
  • Ensure that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company and distribute executive messages, prepare e-newsletter and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information;
  • Oversee update of company website, intranet and all other social media, ensure latest and accurate company information is published and consistent;
  • Oversee the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related experience required;
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field in which 4 years at supervisory level;
  • Experience in writing press releases is required;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a plus;
  • Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and present financial data to track performance of the operation and business;
  • Report and analyze the root causes of variance from forecast and budget during monthly performance review;
  • Collect relevant market information and analyze benchmark fluctuation of the major component of cost of sales;
  • Participate actively in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting and cost control exercise;
  • Provide expertise from financial aspect on the preparation of monthly forecasting report, annual budget plan;
  • Liaise with different departments on annual budget or forecast and 3 years projection;
  • Assist in budget control exercise and dealing with operation on issues found;
  • Highlight to management any deviation of budget and related potential risks;
  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on financial analysis and planning experience;
  • Analytical, strong in figures and attentive to details;
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling skills;
  • Good inter-personal skills and good team player, able to work under pressure;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • General upkeep of the pantries, meeting rooms and office;
  • Tea serving and its related cleaning job for both guests and staff;
  • Storing and sorting public goods;
  • Office green planting and maintenance;
  • Assist on corporate activities and to provide logistic support;
  • Fit as some light lifting involved;
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience is preferred;
  • Fluent in Cantonese;
  • Possess with green planting experience is an advantage;
  • Punctual, sense of courtesy, accountable and patience.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize/attend environmental related meetings;
  • Organize/attend project related environmental inspection and monitoring and prepare the related report:
  • Monitor and follow up of all environmental protection related works on site;
  • Able to provide advices and suggestions on improving the environmental related matters on site;
  • Following up on DSPA comments after DSPA site inspection;
  • Examine the submitted environmental inspection reports, be able to provide remedial measures if the submitted report deviated from the local requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering;
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience;
  • Must have registered in DSSCU;
  • Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
  • Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
  • Working knowledge of environmental protection regulations and procedures;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering;
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience in civil engineering area, preferable in maintenance or building service;
  • Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
  • Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills.
