Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and oversee the design, production and implementation of approved commercial and institutional communication materials and the content for Corporate Social Media Network, Intranet and Website, Corporate Email and SMS, E-Newsletter, Memorandum, Press Releases & Sponsored Editorials;
  • Participate in the conceptual design and oversee the production and implementation of all Corporate Events, Brand Events and CSII Events;
  • Oversee the overall execution of the annual CSII program, optimizing its external and internal impact, maximizing its sources of income: sponsorships, donations, etc. and maximizing volunteers participation;
  • Oversee the quarterly production and distribution of the E-Newsletter;
  • Oversee the application of Corporate Identity in all media, events and other materials ensuring it consistently complies with the brand style guide;
  • Design communication materials;
  • Draft Press Releases Social Media Content and other Marketing & Communication content;
  • Prepare Press Kits and coordinate the distribution and media management;
  • Communicate with the media and other interested parties;
  • Support Market Research projects;
  • Handle external contacts with production and media partners and other providers;
  • Produce a Monthly Report on the impact of Corporate Communications activities, as well as, of Corporate Events and CSII.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related experience required;
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is required;
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus;
  • Experience in writing articles/press release, proofreading & edition is required;
  • Experience in events coordination required;
  • Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese, Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing design including design narrative, specification, calculations and drawings production;
  • Responsible for liaising and coordination between client and contractor;
  • Responsible for reviewing and commenting the temporary and permanent design and method statement submitted by contractor;
  • Responsible for on site supervisory works and all other site coordination work;
  • Ensure the construction work is construct according with the drawings and specifications of the contract, and provide adequate technical solutions whenever necessary during construction;
  • Assess contractor’s monthly payment work-done and the completed work quantities accordance to the contract;
  • Manage the construction work progress according to the construction programme, and provide solution to client for catching up the progress if delay occurs;
  • Maintain good working relationship and avoid conflicts between all parties.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Must have registered in DSSCU for project supervision;
  • 8 years or above relevant civil engineering experiences with relevant design and calculation background;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, Office, etc.;
  • Applicant must have at least minimum 4 years of solid structural design experiences in building structures, civil structures and underground structures;
  • Have a working knowledge of designing temporary structures and using structure design software such as Etabs, Sap2000, Frew etc.;
  • Have a working knowledge of soil mechanics and soil excavation;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills.

  • Assist Engineer for preparing statutory submission package and submission work follow up;
  • Assist Engineer for doing site checking and preparing site document.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor degree in E&M or Electrical engineering;
  • Having relevant E&M or Electrical engineering working experiences is an advantage;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, MS-Office and MS-Project, etc.;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills.

  • Assist Team Leader / Project Manager / Project in Charge for preparing statutory submission package and submission of work follow up;
  • Assist Team Leader / Project Manager / Project in Charge for doing site checking and preparing site document;
  • Doing design team and client coordination, helping Team Leader / Project Manager / Project in Charge to solve the project related problem.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor degree Electrical Engineering;
  • Having registered in DSSCU is an advantage;
  • 3 years or above relevant Electrical engineering working experience;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, MS-Office and MS-Project, etc.;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our clients;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skills;
  • Candidate with lesser experience / qualification will be considered as Junior Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and provides uninterrupted Data Centre operations and services to the business and internal IT team;
  • Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to company’s grow and meet user's needs;
  • Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation;
  • Maintains a help desk;
  • Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures;
  • Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating and analyzing user needs and business processes requirements.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in computer related discipline;
  • Experience in the implementation and administration of ERP and/or Accounting systems;
  • Experience with network, windows active directory domains and windows server operating systems, VMware environments, storage management, data backup solution, information security, and IT governance;
  • Ability to recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process within department guidelines;
  • Solid hands-on experience in analyzing organizational requirements and fulfills business needs with system solutions;
  • Database administration experience (implementation, modification);
  • Proficient in writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures (e.g. PL/SQL code) and working with data in relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.;
  • Good communication skill, interact effectively across multiple functional areas;
  • Familiar in Microsoft, Linux and VMware environments;
  • 4 years or above relevant IT specialist working experiences.
