Responsibilities:

  • Assist Engineer on project design (including design document, calculations and drawings, etc.);
  • Assist Engineer to prepare the statutory submission package and the submission follow up works;
  • Assist Engineer to provide site checking and preparing site document.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Having relevant Civil engineering working experience is an advantage;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, MS-Office and MS-Project, etc;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;

  • Collect financial data to track performance of the operation and business;
  • Prepare statistics and financial reports;
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast;
  • Assist to analyze the root causes of variance from forecast and budget during monthly performance review;
  • Assist to analyze the costing and financial condition of projects;
  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline;
  • Strong in analytical, figures and reporting skills;
  • Ability to present complex financial information clearly;
  • Familiar in financial modeling;
  • Good PC skills such as Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, fast learner, and confidence;
  • Good command in both written/spoken English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking mentality;

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for measuring from drawings for estimation, tender and final account;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing Bills of Quantities or Schedule of Rates;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for attending site meetings and site measurement;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing the Final Account for the completed projects;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing the bidding document.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Higher Certificate or Diploma on Building Studies or construction related subjects;
  • Having relevant quantity surveying certificate or working experiences is an advantage;
  • Having new build or renovation construction works experience will be considered;
  • Adequate in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, MS-Office and MS-Project, etc.;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision;
  • Positive and affirmative personality and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the human resources operations, mainly recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee engagement;
  • Support Department Head on formulation and implementation of HR initiatives and projects in alignment with business objectives;
  • Acts as a Business Partner to work closely with Business Unit with proactive and consultative approach in executing manpower planning, work performance and staff engagement initiatives;
  • Develop and create compelling employee value proposition to retain and attract good talent;
  • Ensure the policies & procedures for the compliance with Macau labor law;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or Human Resources Management;
  • 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level in a sizable organization;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Strong sense and good knowledge of the labor market trend;
  • Strong in communication, leadership and problem solving skill;
  • Proactive, independent.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and present financial data to track performance of the operation and business;
  • Report and analyze the root causes of variance from forecast and budget during monthly performance review;
  • Collect relevant market information and analyze benchmark fluctuation of the major component of cost of sales;
  • Participate actively in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting and cost control exercise;
  • Provide expertise from financial aspect on the preparation of monthly forecasting report, annual budget plan;
  • Liaise with different departments on annual budget or forecast and 3 years projection;
  • Assist in budget control exercise and dealing with operation on issues found;
  • Highlight to management any deviation of budget and related potential risks;
  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on financial analysis and planning experience;
  • Analytical, strong in figures and attentive to details;
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling skills;
  • Good inter-personal skills and good team player, able to work under pressure;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

  • General upkeep of the pantries, meeting rooms and office;
  • Tea serving and its related cleaning job for both guests and staff;
  • Storing and sorting public goods;
  • Office green planting and maintenance;
  • Assist on corporate activities and to provide logistic support;
  • Fit as some light lifting involved;
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience is preferred;
  • Fluent in Cantonese;
  • Possess with green planting experience is an advantage;
  • Punctual, sense of courtesy, accountable and patience.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering;
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience in civil engineering area, preferable in maintenance or building service;
  • Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
  • Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
