Responsibilities:

• Mechanical – Operation, maintenance & repair service for air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, cooling and warming system, chillers, Plumbing or boilers system;
• Team coordination and planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical;
• 2 years relevant working experience in mechanical engineering area;
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
• Knowledge in Integrated Management System is an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Proactive and service oriented;
• 24-hour on call service required.

• 5 years or above relevant working experience in civil engineering area, preferable in maintenance or building service;
• Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
• Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
• Positive and affirmative communication skills.
