Responsibilities:
- Maintain the sustainable development of enterprises and customers in operation; review, evaluate, formulate and implement the effectiveness of relevant policies and supervision measures for relevant sustainable development projects in accordance with applicable laws, and regulations;
- Implementation and maintenance of the effectiveness of business units' management system at Corporate support level;
- Preparation of management reporting on sustainability related tasks of business units to Corporate;
- Coordination of business unit’s internal and external audit and related follow up actions;
- Perform risk assessment and monitor compliance for the subsidiaries with legal requirements and conformance with companies and customers’ standards;
- Conduct site inspection, compile report and actions follow up;
- Supervise the team of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety to achieve goals assigned by Corporate;
- Investigate non-conformities and provide feedback, make effective recommendations and write reports
- Act as Representative of Corporate liaise to external parties, including regulatory body;
- Processing and following-up documentation requests with business units;
- Coordination on preparation of Corporate Policy & Procedures / Guidelines;
- Facilitate sustainable projects training, activities and other initiatives at Corporate wide;
- Make suggestions and collect relevant information on purchasing and calibrating equipment.
- Delivery of science-based targets for carbon emission reduction; and
- In charge of the environmental sustainability affairs e.g. Indoor Air Quality sampling, mould inspection and etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Environmental;
- At least 15 years' working experience in implementation of ISO14001;
- At least 6 years of working experience on management system ISO50001, and ISO14064;
- Registered safety officer/auditor, environmental officer, risk assessor and IMS assessor by international recognition;
- Solid working experience in indoor air quality monitoring and environmental noise testing; use and storage of chemicals in the workplace;
- 5 years or above of work experience in environmental protection and safety risks in the operation of airports, ferry terminals, waste water treatment plant and integrated resort facilities; experience in environmental safety inspections, risk assessments, establishment and implementation of corresponding improvement measures for daily operations;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin & good communication ability.
