職責：

• 負責空調、機械通風系統、供配電系統、後備發電系統及相關裝置設備的維修和保養工作；
• 向主管和工程師匯報有關設備，工作的問題；
• 偶爾執行在其他範疇工作；

要求：

• 中學程度 / 相關技術培訓；
• 具電力維護工作經驗者更佳；
• 熱誠盡責、刻苦耐勞，需輪班及夜間工作；
• 歡迎應屆畢業生或有志投身大型設施管理行業之人士申請。

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering;
• 5 years or above relevant working experience in civil engineering area, preferable in maintenance or building service;
• Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
• Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
• Positive and affirmative communication skills.
