Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production and implementation of approved commercial and institutional communication materials and the content for Corporate Social Media Networks, Intranet and Website, Corporate Email and SMS, E-Newsletter, Memorandum, Press Releases & Sponsored Editorials;
  • Assist in the production and implementation of all Corporate Events, Brand Events and CSII Events;
  • Design communication materials in accordance with corporate identity and coordinate with vendors for production;
  • Assist in drafting Press Releases Social Media Content and other Marketing & Communication content;
  • Implement the updates of approved content in the Corporate Social Media Network and Website and Intranet;
  • Edit and maintain media library of photographic, video, collateral, other visual and written assets;
  • Support Monthly Reporting consolidation including news clipping & monthly reports;
  • Perform administrative duties within the department;
  • Perform purchase and payment procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing Journalism or related field required;
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field;
  • Working Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design;
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing is a plus;
  • Some experience in writing press releases is a plus;
  • Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese, knowledge of Portuguese a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and provides uninterrupted Data Centre operations and services to the business and internal IT team;
  • Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to company’s grow and meet user's needs;
  • Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation;
  • Maintains a help desk;
  • Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures;
  • Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating and analyzing user needs and business processes requirements.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in computer related discipline;
  • Experience in the implementation and administration of ERP and/or Accounting systems;
  • Experience with network, windows active directory domains and windows server operating systems, VMware environments, storage management, data backup solution, information security, and IT governance;
  • Ability to recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process within department guidelines;
  • Solid hands-on experience in analyzing organizational requirements and fulfills business needs with system solutions;
  • Database administration experience (implementation, modification);
  • Proficient in writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures (e.g. PL/SQL code) and working with data in relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.;
  • Good communication skill, interact effectively across multiple functional areas;
  • Familiar in Microsoft, Linux and VMware environments;
  • 4 years or above relevant IT specialist working experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • General upkeep of the pantries, meeting rooms and office;
  • Tea serving and its related cleaning job for both guests and staff;
  • Storing and sorting public goods;
  • Office green planting and maintenance;
  • Assist on corporate activities and to provide logistic support;
  • Fit as some light lifting involved;
  • Vehicles cleaning;
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • One year of relevant experience with good record;
  • Fluent in Cantonese;
  • Possess with green planting experience is an advantage;
  • Punctual, sense of courtesy, accountable and patience.
