Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from tender stage up to the construction and subsequently hand-over to the Client;
  • Provide supervision with contractors to meet scheduled milestones and adjust schedules to meet deadlines;
  • Coordinate the sequence and operation of all the contractors engaged for the project;
  • Liaise with Client, contractors, suppliers and consultants on all the project related matters;
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, implement contingency plans when necessary
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability
  • Monitor and supervise consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and deliverables meet standards and clients’ requirements;
  • Attend all on-site inspections, project meetings and/or testing requested by the Authorities with client representatives;
  • Prepare progress and assessment report;
  • Provide contract administration during the construction works, maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, changes requests, and progress reports;
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of the projects during construction;
  • Liaise with all the government departments for timely approval from the project commencement to completion and hand over to the Client;
  • Ensure project comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Structural or Civil Engineer;
  • Acquire Project Management Master degree is an added advantage;
  • 10 years or above project management experience;
  • Familiar with Macau Design Regulation;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Client;
  • Positive and affirmative communication skill.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for measuring from drawings for estimation, tender and final account;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing Bills of Quantities or Schedule of Rates;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for attending site meetings and site measurement;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing the Final Account for the completed projects;
  • Assist Quantity Surveyor Manager for preparing the bidding document.

Requirements:

  • Must have obtained Higher Certificate or Diploma on Building Studies or construction related subjects;
  • Having relevant quantity surveying certificate or working experiences is an advantage;
  • Having new build or renovation construction works experience will be considered;
  • Adequate in both written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English;
  • Able to use computer based software such as AutoCAD, PDF, MS-Office and MS-Project, etc.;
  • Able to work independent under minimal supervision;
  • Positive and affirmative personality and communication skills.
