Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all projects and personnel within the E&M Engineering Disciplines including ELV, Gas and Lifts;
Review all E&M Engineering deliverables for technical content, drawing quality and adherence to code/project requirements so that they meet project program;
Participate and lead discipline meetings and design reviews;
Establish design standards and procedures to manage the work of staff as well as the project teams by assisting in the review of quality assurance and quality control evaluations;
Be active in community by attending seminars;
Collaborate with staff, Project Managers and Market Sector Leaders to improve or develop new engineering methods to improve efficiency, technique, quality and dependability;
Execute the works with full understanding and relevant technical requirements;
Ability to successfully and continuously lead a team of engineering professionals to meet and exceed project, discipline, and business unit goals within the budgeted cost;
Build strong relationships with a wide range of leaders both internally and externally and operate with high integrity;
Work closely with the company directors to build long-term strategic relationships with clientele, generate new leads and identify new business opportunities (for candidates with high potential to grow to a Director role);
Organize and prioritize work activities while utilizing efficient time management skills in meeting deadlines and staying on schedule;
Responsible for the ongoing business development and management of client relationships.
Requirements:
Degree in E&M Engineering or equivalent;
15+ years or above relevant working experience;
8-10 years of progressive management experience;
Macau DSSCU registration;
Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
Familiar with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
Positive and affirmative communication skill.
Responsibilities:
Record and follow up daily onsite activity including work progress, onsite equipment and workers quantity, etc.;
Monitor works procedure according to the approved method statement and construction programme;
Inspect completed works according to design specifications and drawings;
Performing work as assigned and instructed by Team Leader.
Requirements:
3 years or above relevant civil inspecting working experiences;
Acquisition of high school certificate is an advantage;
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, and Cantonese;
Able to work independently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines from the company and our Clients;
