Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics;
- Leading the team and ensure the execution of all Corporate Events, Brand Events and CSII events;
- Correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments and create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity;
- Communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce company news in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company;
- Develop and distribute press releases, arranging interviews, and compiling press kits;
- Ensure that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company and distribute executive messages, prepare e-newsletter and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information;
- Oversee update of company website, intranet and all other social media, ensure latest and accurate company information is published and consistent;
- Oversee the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related experience required;
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field in which 4 years at supervisory level;
- Experience in writing press releases is required;
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a plus;
- Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Chinese; Portuguese a plus.
