With the expanding of our business, CESL Asia has recently established a new subsidiary company, FOCUS Sun,

to specialize our current knowhow in the life-cycle management of our new energy assets and those of third-party
investors.
FOCUS Sun - New Energies, S.A. was incorporated last September in Portugal, where our investment of concen-
trated photovoltaic power plant is located. FOCUS Sun will provide high added-value operation and maintenance
services to solar energy plants, as well as to other renewable energies.
Let’s congratulate CESL Asia on reaching another milestone in diversifying its services into higher-end new energies.
