人際關係與矛盾管理研討會
There is always room for improvement in handling interper-
sonal relationships. On September 10, our colleagues attended a
seminar on “How to Turn Challenging Employees into Produc-
tive Contributors”.
The seminar, organized by France Macau Business Association
(FMBA), offered participants techniques on conflict manage-
ment, such as how to turn stubbornness into willingness, master
efficient communication and cooperation skills, and channel ag-
gressive behavior productively.
Through positive employee relations at the workplace, CESL
Asia hopes to build an efficient and harmonious working environment in which all employees are treated with fairness and
respect.
人際關係處理是一個與時俱進的課題。在九月十日一些同事參加了一個研討會,主題關於「如何將較難合作的
員工轉變成具效率的貢獻者」。
在這個由法國澳門商會(FMBA)主辦的研討會中,參與者一同研習處理矛盾的方法,學習如何將固執轉化為工作
動力、掌握有效的溝通及合作技巧、有效地解決敵對行為等。
透過在員工間建立正面的夥伴關係,盛世集團希望通過一個高效及和諧的工作環境,讓每位員工都得到公平及尊
重。
CESL Asia Attended the 10th Anniversary Celebration of AGRHM
盛世集團出席澳門人力資源管理協會成立十周年慶祝活動
On July 3, CESL Asia’s management and Human Resource De-
partment Representatives were invited to the cocktail party and
dinner held by the Macau Human Resources Management Asso-
ciation (AGRHM), celebrating its 10th anniversary.
The association serves as a forum for sharing the latest informa-
tion, skills, and experience related to issues of human resources
among representatives from different industries, in order to pro-
mote high standards of performance in human resources man-
agement. CESL Asia has been one of the members of AGRHM
since its establishment in 2005 and has been proactive in ex-
changing related experience.
盛世集團管理層以及人力資源部代表,於七月三日受邀出
席慶祝澳門人力資源管理協會(AGRHM)成立十周年酒會及
晚宴。
該協會聚集不同產業的代表,探討人力資源相關的最新資
訊、管理技巧進行經驗分享,以期提升人力資源管理的標
準。自AGRHM於2005年成立起,盛世集團一直為該會會
員,並積極參與當中進行經驗交流。
