of marketing, I applied for the C&M department as soon as I
learned there was a vacancy.

Q: What do you get from your job in C&M Department?

G: I recognized the importance of taking many aspects into
consideration and the critical role of communication. It is al-
ways not that easy to finish a task and many matters are much
more complicated than they are thought to be. I think that com-
munication is the paramount means to achieve tasks. Reaching
consensus via communication can always facilitate the pro-
cess of conducting tasks and enhance efficiency. Those are the
things that I have learned from my job.

K: The largest lesson I have learned from my job was “how to
get matters well taken care of.” By which I mean I have learned
how to decrease the risk of making mistakes and achieve max-
imal efficiency by being well prepared and controlling and
supervising all the details, and that we should never do some-
thing without thinking.

G：我學會了作多方的考量和了解到溝通的重要性。
要完成一件事並不單純，有很多東西都比看起來複
雜。而我認為溝通是完成任務的重要手段，如何透
過溝通使各方面達成共識，往往能事半功倍。這些
都是我任職以來的收穫。

K：最大的得着是學會「如何做一件事」。具體來
說，我學會了如何透過事前籌備，流程控管，減少
事情出錯的機會和帶來更理想的效益，而不是想做
就盲目去做。
