CPV Plant Inauguration
聚光光伏太陽能發電廠開幕典禮

July 29 was a hot and sunny day, and with our visitors from the Nam Yue Group delegation led by their chairman Mr. Cao Dahua

and General Manager Mr. Ye Shaokun, together with Mr. Pedro Falcao Cunha of our Magpower Partners and representatives of
other business associates, CESL Asia inaugurated its first ever CPV (Concentrated Photovoltaic) solar plant in Algarve, Portugal.
The plant is now fully operational and equipped with 90 trackers.
In the presence of our main shareholders and Board Members Mr. Dominic Sio and Mr. Eduardo Netto de Almeida, our President
and CEO Mr. Antonio Trindade greeted our visitors with a welcoming speech and comprehensive explanation of our company
vision and strategies for the future opportunities that arise in the new energy markets. Afterwards, our CPV manager Mr. Carlos
Serradas delivered an elaborate presentation on the technology, current operational status, technology development, as well as our
pipeline project objectives. The inauguration concluded with a short tour around the plant.

七月廿九日，盛世集團為其首個聚光光伏太陽能發電廠舉行開幕典禮。該發電廠位於葡萄牙阿爾加維，擁有九十個追

蹤器，並已全面投入運作。典禮開始，在主要股東及董事會成員蕭志偉先生及歐文達先生的在場下，行政總裁田達德
先生首先致辭歡迎一眾來賓，包括南粵集團董事長曹達華先生及總經理葉少坤先生，夥伴企業Magpower 的 Pedro Fal-
cao Cunha 先生，以及其他的企業夥伴代表。接着，田先生為大家解述集團的願景及策略方針，以應對新能源市場的
未來機遇。其後，太陽能項目經理 Carlos Serradas 先生亦為一眾來賓介紹相關的最新技術、運作情況、未來發展，以
及相關項目開展計劃。開幕典禮以一個簡單的實地考察結束。

Visit a Food Production & Distribution Center in Portugal
參觀葡萄牙食品生產及配發中心

On July 28, hosted by Mr. Lino Santos and his senior staff, CESL Asia and Nam Yue Group’s most senior leaders had the opportu-

nity to visit the Linos food production and distribution operations in the city of Torres Vedras, Portugal. The visitors were further
honored by the presence of the Mayor of Torres Vedras Dr. Carlos Miguel and the President of Acral Group Dr. Luis Rodrigues,
who expressed their interest and support to the potential of the Macau platform for the development of cooperation between
Guangdong, Macau and Torres Vedras. During the visit, we experienced the whole process of a modern “seed-to-market” business,
from its R&D, greenhouse vegetable growing, packaging, labeling and logistic, to their daily produce auction. The operation is
structured with a very simplistic system, yet it is based on sophisticated know-how and produces a highly positive social, econom-
ic and environmental impacts. The size of the center and the entire operation had the capacity to cater to half a million residents
around the city of Torres Vedras.

另外在七月廿八日，在 Lino Santos 先生及其高層員工的導覽下，盛世集團及南粵集團的領導代表到訪位於托雷斯韋

德拉什的 Linos 食品生產及配發中心，並榮獲該市市長 Carlos Miguel 先生及 Acral 集團主席 Luis Rodrigues 先生出席參
與，對於以澳門作為平臺，發展廣東、澳門及托雷斯韋德拉什間的合作，他們都對此表達濃厚興趣及支持。過程中集
團代表有機會體驗最新的一站式市場傾銷業務，從研發、溫室種植、包裝、物流，以至每日的產品拍賣。整個營運過
程由一個精簡的系統控制，配以精密的專業技術，為社會、經濟，以及環保方面帶來高度正面的影響。該中心的規模
以及產能能夠滿足該巿五十多萬居民的需求。
