CESL Asia Co-organized the Facilities Management Industry Symposium

盛世集團協辦設施維護行業講解會

The Facilities Management Industry Symposium, organized by the La-

bour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) and Macao Federation of Trade Unions
(FAOM), was successfully held on August 30. As one of the co-orga-
nizers, CESL Asia contributed by inviting our Engineer, Mr. Zoro Hoi
and Assistant Project Manager, Mr. Edison Lo, as practitioners to share
experiences of developing a career in facilities management field.

Zoro shared from his 5-year experience in facilities management and Mr. Zoro Hoi 許挺延先生
described how he became an engineer after working as a technician. He
made a special mention of the support and opportunities provided by
his experienced supervisors and CESL Asia. He encouraged interested
young men to join him in this stable and promising industry. Similarly,
Edison also emphasized the bright prospects of the industry, and reiter-
ated that dedication is the cornerstone of building a career in this field.

CESL Asia is glad to see the increasing knowledge and interest the pub-
lic is getting about facilities management, and will definitely continue
to enact our commitment to providing the best facilities management
service, and to thereby contribute to the industry in Macau.

由勞工局和澳門工會聯合總會合辦的「設施維護行業講解會」

在八月三十日完滿結束。作為協辦單位之一，盛世集團邀請了公
司的工程師許挺延先生，以及助理項目經理羅瀛棟先生，擔任講
解會的嘉賓，分享他們從事設施管理業的經驗。

許挺延向大家總結五年來的入行經驗，並述說如何由技術員蛻變 Mr. Edison Lo 羅瀛棟先生
成工程師的親身歷程。他特別感謝上司的經驗分享及集團給予的
機會，並鼓勵有興趣的年輕一輩投身這個穩定、充滿前景的行
業。而羅瀛棟亦同時形容這個行業擁有可觀的未來，並再三強調
熱誠、投入是加入設施管理業的不二法門。

盛世集團樂見社會對設施管理業日漸增長的認知和興趣。集團定會繼續提供最優質的服務，為本地的設施管
理業作出貢獻。
