Designed in-house by CESL Asia with local technology partner, ORTUX is a comprehensive People, Asset, and Resources Management Platform that supports smarter, more productive management and maintenance of business assets, driving greater sustainability and profitability in operations. ORTUX can improve operational efficiency by over 35% and reduce facility maintenance costs by 25% to 35%, by combining AI technologies with CESL Asia’s 35 years of expertise. 

  • ACCENTA AI: Smarter Innovative Energy Management 

ACCENTA AI is an intelligent, predictive solution, developed by our partner EREN Group, that optimises energy consumption and production, in building environments. Through its AI-powered systems, it enables efficient energy distribution and drastically reduces carbon emissions—up to 95% in some cases—while cutting energy consumption by up to 80%, by optimising equipment’s performance adjusting settings in real-time to adapt to changing demands.

  • OSMOS: Ensuring Structural Safety, Resilience and Longevity

OSMOS, also developed by our partner EREN Group, enables data-driven maintenance strategies, allowing for precise and timely interventions that reduce maintenance costs and extend the lifespan of key infrastructure.

  • NOVADE: Digitising Construction Sites for Superior Performance

NOVADE digitises site processes, consolidating data from multiple construction sites, delivering enhanced quality, safety, and productivity for contractors and developers. This AI-based solution leverages real-time data to provide predictive insights, reducing time spent on safety compliance by 50%, and streamlining maintenance management for superior project outcomes. NOVADE app is well established across Asia in places such as Singapore and Hong Kong.

CESL Asia and Friends Sport Fun Day 2024 Champions Inclusion and Community Spirit in Macau

CESL Asia proudly hosted the "CESL Asia and Friends Sport Fun Day 2024" at the Workers' Stadium of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions. In partnership with 23 diverse companies and organisations, CESL Asia raised MOP 130,000 to support Special Olympics Macau (MSO), helping athletes realise their dreams and reach new heights in their sports journeys.

CESL Asia proudly hosted the "CESL Asia and Friends Sport Fun Day 2024" at the Workers' Stadium of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions. In partnership with 23 diverse companies and organisations, CESL Asia raised MOP 130,000 to support Special Olympics Macau (MSO), helping athletes realise their dreams and reach new heights in their sports journeys.

This initiative reflects CESL Asia’s commitment to fostering a society where everyone is valued and empowered. It also underscores the potential for organisations to promote conscious leadership and demonstrate the positive impact businesses can have on society.

The theme for this year’s event, “Community Care and Harmonious Development of Our Society,” emphasised the power of inclusive sports in building a cohesive and supportive community. Featuring the “Corporate Inclusive Bocce Tournament” and the “Corporate Football Tournament,” the event celebrated values of inclusion, health, and sustainability. Teams from various sectors partnered with Special Olympics athletes, creating an atmosphere of mutual respect, camaraderie, and joy in sport.

The football tournament energised spectators as 'MGM' claimed the championship. In the Corporate Inclusive Bocce Tournament, 'CESL Asia (Team A)' and 'Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A.' won the Golden Cup and Silver Plate. Atom Education further promoted inclusivity with handball and floorball zones, where Special Olympics athletes and local children explored new sports enjoying the benefits of athletic participation.

Mr. Antonio Trindade, CESL Asia President and CEO, expressed his appreciation, stating: “Sport Fun Day has become an important initiative of impact and inclusion. Seeing the strong support and enthusiastic participation from our partners, MSO athletes and respective families, and the CESL Asia team is truly inspiring. Together, we are raising awareness and advancing a vision for a community where everyone feels included. Events like this showcase the positive impact that businesses can have on communities. Through these efforts, we grow together, helping create a more caring, connected society.”

Award Ceremony of CESL Asia Social Investment Initiative Kid’s Drawing Contest 2024 Concludes Successfully

The award ceremony for the "Sustainable City and Green Future 4-Panel Comic Drawing Contest," organised by CESL Asia in partnership with the Macau Youth Art Association, was successfully held on 11th September at McDonald's, Macao Science Centre.

Now in its fifth year, this educational and entertaining children's drawing contest on sustainability and quality of life in our city has continued to receive strong support from the community. This year’s competition attracted over 100 students, aged 8 to 14, from more than 20 schools and institutions across Macau. Their artwork vividly expressed aspirations for sustainable urban development and a greener future, featuring themes such as renewable energy, smart cities, green transportation, and environmental actions—all creatively illustrated with a unique personal style.

Reflecting on the contest's continued success, Mr António Trindade, President and CEO of CESL Asia, said: "I am delighted to see the tremendous support from students, teachers, and schools in Macau over the past five years. This contest has enabled the younger generation to explore the importance of sustainability and green living in our city through art. The entries this year, presented in an engaging comic strip format, encouraged participants to delve deeper into environmental and sustainability concepts, helping to raise public awareness of the need for an eco-friendly future."

Judge Mr Lai Sio Kit, President of the Macau Youth Art Association, praised the participants for their inspiring narratives, which showcased the imagination of the new Macanese generation for a sustainable future.

A total of 33 winners were recognised for their outstanding submissions: the Gold Award was presented to Chan Chi U (Sacred Heart Canossian College, English Section), the Silver Award to Tam Cheng Hei (Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai), the Bronze Award to Lio Hoi Cheng (Escola Hou Kong, Primary); the Online Popularity Award to Chiang Hei Lam (Escola Secundária Pui Va); and the Organisation Supporting Artistry Awards went to Escola Hou Kong (Primary), Escola Tak Meng, and Escola Secundária Pui Ching, based on the number of participants. In addition, 30 works were selected by the jury for special commendation.

For 24 years, the CESL Asia Social Investment Initiative (CSII) has been committed to developing diverse professional skills, promoting education, inclusive sports, sustainable innovation, and healthy lifestyles. The initiative has played a key role in community development activities to support sustainable social and economic growth in Macau.
