在公司的二十年，有甚麼事令你印象最深刻

蔡: 二十年過去了，期間遇到不少天災，但過後都

準備充足，但要應付突發事情才是真正的考驗，很
多事都是危急及刻不容緩的，例如: 小朋友於候機
室夾到手受傷、乘客於洗手間內反鎖等，都需我們
馬上處理的，這都是比較深刻的。

庄: 多年來，我與團隊一起處理及應付過不少危急
事件，在我們能力範圍內，都希望能盡力完成，而
