CESL Asia Summer Job Program :

               Never too young to aspire a career

              盛世集團暑期工作計劃:善用暑假構建未來




                                               As an enterprise with social awareness, CESL Asia has been committed
                                               to the development of the youth in Macau in the past 30 years. Externally,
                                               we are dedicated to the activities in local communities. We believe that
                                               the young generations are the future of our society, thus the company
                                               spares no effort in assisting teenagers to fulfill their potential. Internally,
                                               CESL Asia emphasizes the significance of growing together with each
                                               employee.

                                               Therefore, CESL Asia launched a summer job program for the first time
                                               to the employees’ children over 16 years of age in this year. The program
                                               aimed at building up the participants’ working experience. Along with
                        Zen and Casey          advanced  social  skills  and  self-confidence,  the  participants  will  have
                                               a better understanding of their parents’ work life, and hopefully to be
                                               more appreciative of their parents responsibilities.

                                               In this year, we welcomed 4 participants  (Summer  Trainees)  to
                                               work  within  the  company.  Participants  were  placed  in  four  different
                                               departments from mid-July to the end of August. The departments are
                                               Document  Management,  Financial  Control,  Legal  and  Compliance
                                               Affairs, and the Human Resources Department. In the two months-spell
                                               of the debuts in their career, they attained the skills to scan, archive, enter
                                               and summarize  documents through daily practices. The four trainees
                                               are  overjoyed  to  be able  to work with  their  parents. The experience
                                               strengthened their relationship and equipped them for their future career.

          有見及此,我們於本年度首次推出暑期工作計劃,讓同事年滿十六歲或以上的子女參與,冀他們善用暑
          假時光,獲取工作經驗,從而建立自信、增進社交技能、並認識自己,得以有所成長。另一方面,令他
          們可以接觸自己父母的工作環境,對父母的付出加深了解,學會感恩。

          今年,盛世集團共迎來了4位暑期實習生,由7月中旬起至8月底,分別於總公司的文件管理部、財務
          部、法律及合規事務部和人力資源部任職。在為期約兩個月的暑期工作計劃內,他們為各個部門的文件
          進行掃瞄、歸檔、資料輸入,以及協助其任職部門的日常運作等。4位實習生均表示很高興能來到父母
          工作的公司進行實習,除了可以學習到實際的工作技巧外,更能藉機拉近與父母之間的距離,同時為未
          來發展作出準備。
