The TV located in the creative room was installed on the wall where people
might walk underneath, it causes the risk of hitting the edge of the TV. She
suggested installing the protection mad and minimizing the injury impact.

總公司辦公室 – 歐陽小惠
總公司Creative會議室電視的裝設位置較低，同事們在該範圍活動
時較易撞上電視，造成受傷。建議在電視邊角上黏貼防撞墊，減
低造成受傷的機會。經同事反映後，在電視邊角上已經加裝了保護
貼，減少受傷機會。

Dafoo (Galaxy) - Xie Wei Wen
The staff pointed out the risk of fall from height when operating the valves
located on the top of the chiller No.1 to 5. He suggested to install a working
platform which was accepted and installed by the client.

達富設施管理有限公司(銀河) – 謝偉文
同事提出在工作場所中冷凍主機1號-5號馬達散熱系統、新舊系統轉
換閘制時，沒有踏腳平台，易出現安全事故。建議安裝踏腳平台以
便員工踏上位於高處的閥門。客戶接受建議及成功完成安裝平台。

The staff pointed out that it is dangerous when working in the sea platform
安 due to the broken ladder and rusty barriers. It is hard to access the sea
platform plus there is risk of falling objects and fall from height. He
全 proposed several solutions to the client and is currently under consideration.

推 盛世設施管理股份有限公司(機場)– Melchor Rafol

同事提出在海上平台工作存在安全風險，原因是用於上落平台的
廣 梯具及平台上的保護欄已經因日久失修及海水侵蝕而損壞及嚴重
生銹。除了影響工作人員上落平台外，亦有機會導致人員或物件墜
計 落。同事已向客戶提出了不同改善措施，現正處於討論階段。
