On the typhoon day, Macau International Airport and Taipa Ferry Terminal encountered a
variety of challenges, including delay and cancellation of flights and ferries, destruction of
facilities and the suspension of operation, etc. Being a service provider of these two import-
ant transportation junctions, our staff had been working days and nights in order to have a
prompt resumption of operation as well as minimizing the damages and ensuring the safety
of the users.
The commitment from these unknown heroes showed the insistence of professionalism, as
