                                                              Green Smoothie                    食譜1


                                                              Ingredients 材料
   WISDOM OF THE SEASON  智慧錦囊
                                                                       - 2 ripe bananas, peeled
                                                                         成熟香蕉2條,去皮
                                                                       - 1 bunch organic green leaf vegetables
                                                                       (use leaves only)
                                                                         有機綠葉蔬菜1把,只取葉片
                                                                       - 1 organic kiwi, hair removed with skin intact
                                                                         有機奇異果1個,除毛,保留果皮
                                                                       - 1/2 ripe passionfruit, halved with pulp spooned out
                                                                         成熟百香果半個,切開,以湯匙將果肉挖出

                                                                        - 1 cup filtered water
       TIPS                                                               過濾水1杯

                                                              Method 作法
     ● A ripe passionfruit shows slightly wrinkly skin.
        當百香果的果皮表面開始變皺,就表示果實已經成熟。                              Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed till smooth.

    Recipe 2
      食譜          生機海菜湯面
                 Raw Vegan Sea Vegetable Soup Noodles

        Noddle Ingredients 面條材料

                 - 140g kelp noodles                                            - Pinch of salt
                   海帶面140克                                                         鹽少許

                  - ½ tsp baking soda, mixed with some warm water               -  1 zucchini, peeled and spiralized
                    蘇打粉1茶匙半,與適量溫水混勻                                                翠玉瓜1條,去皮,刨成面條狀

                 - 1 tbsp organic black bean soya sauce                         - ½ carrot, peeled and spiralized
                   有機黑豆醬油1湯匙                                                      紅蘿蔔半條,去皮,刨成面條狀


         Noodle Method 面條作法
         1. Soften kelp noodles by soaking in a baking soda solution for 30 minutes. Remove, rinse and drain.
             將海帶面浸泡在蘇野粉水30分鐘。取出,清洗後瀝乾水分。
         2. Allow to marinate with organic black bean sauce and salt.
    27       海帶面加有機黑豆醬油和鹽腌製。
         3. Dehydrate kelp noodles and zucchini at 45 °C for 1 to 2 hours.
             將海帶面和翠玉瓜條以攝氏45度風乾1到2小時。
