In Chinese tradition, we believe that the most important festival of the year is Chinese New Year which it is just
around the corner so it’s time to start the preparation to welcome the festive season! The Tray of Togetherness (Chi-
nese Candy Box with compartments) is undoubtedly a must, and is one of the iconic signature, during springtime.
However, what food should be placed in the tray? The Dried Red Melon Seed is the most common item and usually
