The CESL Asia Dragon Boat Team, since its establishment last year, always appears in local dragon boat races. On 13 June,

the team for the second consecutive year took part in the 200m small dragon boat race open category in Macau International
Dragon Boat Race 2015.
This year, the team, with fresh blood added, was made up of 14 colleagues. They dedicated their spare time to two-month pro-
fessional training to enhance their paddling skills. The team was determined to play the best performance in the races. On the
race day, CESL Asia colleagues and their families gathered to support the team. Cheers from the supporters gave great impetus
to the team’s performance. The team made its utmost efforts to complete in the keen competitions and eventually completed two
races with extraordinary performance.
The primary value for forming a dragon boat team did not lie in fighting for trophies, but building team spirit through the in-
creased interactions among players during participating training and strengthening cohesion among colleagues which were the
genuine purposes of advocating “Corporate Social Investment” of CESL Asia.

從去年盛世龍舟隊成立起，本地的龍舟賽事都不乏他們的身影。於六月十三日，盛世集團龍舟隊連續第二年出戰

本地的節日盛事 - 澳門小龍賽公開組別賽事。
本屆的龍舟隊由十四位同事所組成，當中不乏新血加入。隊伍不惜奉獻寶貴的私人時間，接受為期兩個月的專業訓
練，力爭在賽事中發揮最好表現。比賽當日，同事們及其家人紛紛齊集賽事現場，為龍舟隊呐喊助威。支持者的打
氣聲和哨子聲成了龍舟隊奮力前進的巨大動力。龍舟隊竭盡全力，越戰越勇，最後以超水準的表現完成了當天的兩
場賽事。
成立隊伍的重點不在於成績，而是在訓練與賽事的過程中，隊員間相互認識，建立起團隊精神，增加同事間的凝聚
力，這亦是「盛世社會發展項目」的目的之一。
