What is the next challenge
             in the future for the certification?

       ISO requirements leads to resistance among employees.
       At the beginning of the new projects, ISO implementation
       can  be  extremely  difficult  and  a  painful  process.  The

       Employee understanding is critical to employee motivation
       and thereby success of ISO implementation.
