Our ticular single subject can be a bore to Nasci-
mento, Isabel Maria Pinto do Amaral Gon-
calves, often referred to as Isabel simply, who Live & Learn
has been flourishing in CESL Asia for more
than 12 years. Looking back to the years she 學無止境
dedicated to this company, this witty lady ap-
preciated the opportunities it gave, which have
exposed her to various friends other than her
own, enabling her to enrich her knowledge as
much as she could at work. Isabel always re-
garded herself as a humble lifelong learner who
thrives on new challenges and chances despite
years of study before.
CESL Asia could be nothing but another fam-
ily and friend to Isabel, as she has grown her
sense of belonging to the company over the
past years. The amity formed among her and
her fellow colleagues has well explained her
long-time allegiance towards the company. The
bilingual Macanese also revealed that never for
a second has she thought of leaving during her
time in CESL Asia.
Asked if she might offer any words for the

11 younger generation in the company, Isabel en-
couraged them to explore their own manner
at work and be a modest learner as she always
is. The following interview with Isabel disclos-
es her initial career life in CESL Asia as well as
how she felt about the family-like ambience at
her workplace.
對於陪伴盛世集團成長已經有十二餘年的
Isabel (Nascimento, Isabel Maria Pinto
do Amaral Goncalves) 來說，工作上倘
若只專注某一項目，實在非常乏味。回望
過去為公司服務多年，Isabel感激公司在
工作上給予她的機會，令自己能接觸本身
專業範疇以外的知識，擴展自身發展。縱
使離開校園多年，Isabel仍然孜孜不倦，
把握機遇，勇敢面對挑戰，熱衷鑽研新事
物。
Isabel在公司工作多年，所建立的除了事
業外，還有一份歸屬感，盛世集團猶像她
的另一個家，跟朋友和同事相處融洽。Is-
abel更坦言在盛世工作期間，從沒想過離
職。
對於公司年青一輩，Isabel勉勵各位能在
工作崗位上找到應有的心態，並像她一樣
時刻虛心受教。以下專訪披露她剛加入盛
世的歷程，以及她對身邊工作環境的感
受。
