OUR PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT 我們的員工發展 niversity of Saint Joseph held a Career Day (USJ Ucareer) on 10 April 2014. As in previous years, we had our booth set up at the event, on the hope of providing job opportunities for the undergraduates. This year, one of our part-time workers, Alex, who is also currently studying at USJ assisted in the career fair, shared the experience he gained from CESL Asia with his fellow classmates. 若瑟大學於2014年4月10日在校園舉行了 聖「職業日」。一如既往，盛世集團於當天 擺設展站，招攬人才。於聖若瑟大學就讀，同時 在盛世集團兼職工作的Alex，在職業日向同學們 分享在盛世集團工作的點滴。 ollowing the Career Fair held by University of Macau (UMAC) earlier, we have invited students majoring Fin Engineering to a group interview after receiving their job applications. The interview was held on 9 April 2014 with more than 20 students participating. We were honored to have Mr. Jorge Rosa from MPS and Mr. Vong Veng Fu from FTES deliver a speech to the participants, introducing our business philosophy. This introduction was followed by an interview with each individual. Mr. Antonio Trindade was also present to help our participants improve their mutual understanding. 世集團從澳門大學就業展收集到的履歷表當中，邀請了20多位優秀的學生進行小組面試，面試 盛於2014年4月9日進行。當天除了邀請了來自MPS的Jorge Rosa先生及來自FTES的黃榮富先生 為出席面試的學生講解公司的業務性質以外，更邀請到田達德先生與學生交流，相互了解。講解結 束後，每位學生亦逐一進行了面試。 14
