Our people development 我們的員工發展 Interview – Mr. Cheung Shung Hau 張祟厚先生專訪 Mr. Cheung Shung Hau, Service Manager of FOCUS Facility Management Limited has been working in CESL Asia Group for over 13 years. He is popular among colleagues due to his friendly smile, kind personality and serious working attitude. Moreover, Mr. Cheung retired from CESL Asia last month so new employees might not have met him yet. Cheung - Currently, the lack of technicians is one of the most obvious difficulties in the Macau job market due to the proliferation of new busi- nesses. These people are in high demand which results in a high turnover rate. Fortunately, our company could maintain the income level of the staff in order to preserve enough manpower for the daily workflow. 8
