Our people development 我們的員工發展 New Corporate Image Presenting in “UMAC Career Fair 2014” 盛世集團於澳大「就業及實習資訊展2014」展示企業新形象 A new series of CESL Asia recruitment design has launched in “Career and Internship Fair 2014”. CESL Asia would spread the message of “We care about people development” through this recruitment campaign to all potential candidates. We want to provide a good environment and training to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. In terms of making people aware of CESL Asia and to catch their attention, we add lots of photos to present our different working environments, people development, and key businesses. CESL Asia participated in “Career and Internship Fair 2014” held by University of Macau from 10th to 11th of March. We invited different units as candidates to learn more about the position requirements. 一系列最新的企業形象設計已展現於澳大「就業及實習資訊展2014」。 盛世集團欲透過是次招聘平台,向所有潛在的求職者宣傳 「盛世著重人才培訓」的信息;集團不僅務 求向所有員工創造一個舒適的工作環境,而且還提供各項專才培訓,以提高員工的專業知識與技能。 為了吸引更多人了解盛世集團,我們在招聘背景板設計上加插了不少圖片,以展示集團不同的工作環 境、員工發展及主要業務。 於三月十至十一日,盛世集團參展了由澳門大 學舉辦的「就業及實習資訊展2014」。集團邀 請了來自不同業務體系的員工為顧問,向在場 求職者講解各個職位的要求。 12
