Interview with Ms. Sara Silva
CESL Asia’s motto “How to grow a city” is deeply rooted in the company’s continuous process of
engagement with our city, Macau, and with our staff and their personal growth and development. In
the second issue of our E-Newsletter, we want to bring you a testimony of commitment and dedication
within our company. Inevitably, we spoke with our dear colleague, Leonor Sara Silva, who has already
been serving CESL Asia for more than 20 years. Now let us find out how she has grown together with
CESL Asia.
When did you join CESL Asia and what were your
