Training Sponsorship Program
How should the Training Sponsorship for CESL Asia staff been applied?
For the purpose of providing opportunity to gain extra job-related knowledge, skills and
attributes, our staff need to perform their jobs effectively in the first instance. To encourage
personal development and career enhancement at the same time, the company will provide
training sponsorship to the staff on a discretionary basis.
To learn more the sponsorship registration process, criteria and other details, you may
directly approach our Human Resources Department for the above information.
Airfield Ground Pavement Engineering Training in Singapore
In September 2013, our company sponsored two engineers to join a three-day “Airfield
Ground Pavement Engineering” training course in Singapore. After finishing this course,
the two engineers were able to understand the airfield lighting requirements with reference
to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 14 – Aerodrome Design
Manual (ADM), US Federal Aviation Administration and relevant national documents on
related standards and requirements. The course also gave an overview of airfield ground
lighting (AFL) products in runway, taxiway and apron systems and their application, from
which the engineers benefited a lot of useful operation techniques in the airport.
