Management restructuring of CESL Asia and its operating companies


In August 2013, the shareholders of CESL Asia decided to make a deep management restructuring of the
company and its subsidiaries is a wager to reinforce the development of its human resources and shared
centralized services, and to extend our management and operations capabilities.

The reorganization of the management and board of director’s structure, currently taking place, is expected to
improve communications, decision-making processes and expedite the implementation of policies and
management decision across the different branches of the Group. This initiative came in line with our objective
to promote younger managers into senior management responsibilities, reinforcing their participation in the
organization’s management and development.

The idea is to optimize synergies between our operating companies and integrating them in an organization

with stronger and unified identity.

The shareholders of CESL Asia decided also for centralizing its business development and the commercial
activities of the Group, increasing its capability to respond to the markets demands and explore future

opportunities arising from the rapid transformation of Macau, and the city’s large scale of development.

The re-structuring and the new functional structure and reporting lines for our activities are expected to
materialize during this year and we will be sharing with you the latest updates through internal communications
and our E-Newsletters.
