Having Parent-Child Fun Time through Perler Beads Workshop

拼拼豆工作坊

拼出美好親子時光

CESL Asia spares no effort in providing diversified train-
ings and various workshops with an aim to enhance its staff’s
technical skills and achieve work-life balance. The company
organized Perler Beads Workshops for the staff and their kids
to make their own customized perler beads masterpieces.

The workshop was held on 19 May 2018 at the Happy Shop
of Fuhong Society and around 30 colleagues with their kids
participated. During the occasion, kids and parents enjoyed the
process in creating their own masterpiece, their interaction was
definitely the highlight of the workshop.

CESL Asia believes that work-life balance is a core value and
hopes that our colleagues can enhance their communication
with others while enjoying the parent-child time through the
workshop.

盛世集團除了為員工提供多元化技能培訓外，亦積極舉辦
不同工作坊，務求達至工作與生活兩者平衡。集團較早前組織
了「拼拼豆工作坊」，期望為同事們及其小朋友提供創意平
台，共同製作屬於自己的拼拼豆筆筒。

工作坊於5月19日在澳門扶康會悅畔灣舉辦，合共30名同事及
其伴侶、子女參與。從把拼拼豆一顆一顆地放在模版上，到操
作熨斗使拼拼豆融化黏合，最後把幾片拼拼豆組裝成筆筒，小
朋友們與父母合作無間，親子互動，整個工作坊生色不少。

盛世集團深信，工作與生活的平衡是我們員工最珍貴的時刻，
期望同事們透過是次工作坊，能與來自不同部門工作伙伴增進
溝通交流的同時，藉此享受親子天倫之樂。
