Nurturing Local Talents……

“Giving back to the community” is one of the core philosophies of CESL Asia Social Investment Program (CSI).

CESL Asia has been providing scholarship to the outstanding students majoring in architecture at University Saint
Joseph (USJ) since 2012. The awarded students were provided with internship and employment opportunity in
addition to the scholarship, which can lower their financial burden and enable them to focus on their study; CESL
Asia hopes to give back to the community while nurturing local talents.

Located in Ilha Verde, the new campus of USJ was unveiled last year. Our subsidiary, Macau Professional Ser-
vices, Limited (MPS) has been providing a wide range of services, including the architectural design, structural
design, MEP design, provision of site supervision and inspections. While interviewing awarded students, let’s also
take a look of the campus.
培育本地人才

「取諸社會，用諸社會」是盛世集團推動社會發展項目的核心理念之一。
自2012年起，集團每年均透過「盛世社會發展基金」向聖若瑟大學成績優異的建築系本地學生頒
發獎學金，並為獲獎學生提供實習及就業的機會；為學生們減輕財政負擔，令他們可以專注學業、
一展所長，集團期望藉此培育本地人才，回饋社會。

位於青洲的聖若瑟大學於2017年啟用，該聯合校區是由盛世集團子公司 ─ 澳門專業顧問有限公司
提供建築、結構、機電管道設計、施工現場監查巡視等服務。我們在訪問得獎學生感受的同時，亦
