Acquisition of the Third CPV Solar Plant
in Portugal
Congratulations to CESL Asia’s achievement in high-end new energy!
After CPV Energia I Solar Power Plant fully operated in 2014 and the acquisition of CPV Energia II So-
lar Power Plant in 2016, CESL Asia is glad to have reached another milestone in late 2017 by acquiring
CPV Energia III Solar Power Plant, located in Algarve, Portugal, adjacent to the other two plants. This
latest plant will be equipped with 90 trackers with a capacity of 1MW, together with the other two existing
plants, the total capacity will reach 3MW.
The agreement signing ceremony was held during the “China-Portugal Enterprises Economic and Com-
mercial Meeting” in Lisbon on 20 November 2017 and was witnessed by Ms. Gao Yan, China’s Vice-Min-
ister of Commerce, Mr. Cai Run, China’s Ambassador to Portugal and Mr. Eurico Brilhante Dias, Portu-
gal’s Secretary of State of Internationalization.
As CESL Asia is approaching its 30th Anniversary, the acquisition of CPV Energia III Solar Power Plant
definitely marked a significant milestone on our development.

繼2014年全面投入運作的CPV Energia I 太陽能發電廠及2016年收購的CPV Energia II太陽能發
電廠後，盛世集團於2017年太陽能發電項目領域上再創新里程，並成功再次收購位於葡萄牙阿
爾加維區的CPV Energia III太陽能發電廠。該發電廠設置90個太陽能追蹤器，總裝機容量為1兆
瓦，與現有的兩個發電廠總裝機合共達3兆瓦。
簽約儀式於2017年11月20日在葡萄牙首都里斯本舉辦的「中國 ─ 葡萄牙企業經貿洽談會」中舉
行。在中國商務部高燕副部長、中國駐葡萄牙大使蔡潤大使、葡萄牙外交部國際化國務秘書Eu-
rico Brilhante Dias先生等嘉賓的見證下，盛世集團完成了有關項目的簽約儀式。
盛世集團即將邁向三十週年，CPV Energia III太陽能發電廠的成功收購，印證著集團在業務發展
道路上的重大里程。集團將持續發揮自身優勢，促進中澳葡交流合作，為三地發展作出貢獻。
