"CESL Asia Family Christmas Dinner” was held on the 1st of December at Macau Studio City. Over 700 guests including
staffs and families, clients, business partners gathered to share this glorious Christmas season and spent an extraordinary
night together.

In addition to the gourmet food, traditional Portuguese Folk Dance and fantastic fluorescent performance were arranged
to heat up the atmosphere; and as usual, hilarious stage games and lucky draw sessions brought the night to a climax. This
year’s welcome gift is a special donation receipt, CESL Asia made a donation to Abandoned Animals Protect Association
of Macau (AAPAM) to support their daily operation, hoping to arouse public awareness, join hands to support and strive
for better today and tomorrow for our community.

Mr. Antonio Trindade, the President and CEO of CESL Asia summarized the achievements of last year and shared compa-
ny’s vision on the upcoming developments. Along with the acquisition of the third solar plant in Estoi, Portugal, and the
official signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the China Portuguese Speaking Countries Cooperation and
Development Fund (CPDFund), CESL Asia managed to achieve its preset target in Portugal and is now ready to expand its
investment in other potential projects. For local development, in order to cope with the rising trend of integrated businesses
in both private and public sectors, we are integrating local and foreign expertise to continue providing innovative services
for the new markets. Mr. Antonio Trindade also indicated that in the year of 2018, which is going to be full of challenges
and opportunities, CESL Asia will be reaching its 30th anniversary and the company is already ready to further enhance its
experienced team to a even better one, as well as nurture more talents. Meanwhile, he also expressed sincere gratitude to
our clients, business partners and staff for their commitment and dedication.

The “Loyalty Service Award” was presented to 12 employees for their 10th, 20th and 25th year of service as a way to ap-
preciate their commitment and contribution to the company. While the Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony was also one of
the highlights, about 100 volunteers were presented on stage to receive the cheers and applauses from the guests as a token
of gratitude for their support and contribution to our community.
