Quote summary from the speech on CESL Asia Family Christmas Dinner 2017

“CESL Asia is glad to announce achieving the final negotiations stage with prospect sellers of an important agri-
culture business and the completion of acquisition of the third CPV solar plant, both in Portugal. Following the
direction given and supported by both Central and Macau government, we started discussion with the China Por-
tuguese Speaking Countries Cooperation and Development Fund (CPDFund) about co-invest potential projects.
On the other hand, our subsidiary Macau Professional Services, Limited (MPS) expected to continue to be of
service for various significant projects and provide statutory consultant services to gaming concessionary com-
panies. Another significant achievement is that MPS have been awarded two large supervision contracts, that is
the construction of Border Gate facilities and the 4th Bridge between Macau and Taipa.

In addition to the appreciation of our effort and excellence of service, CESL Asia is also recognized for the good
work and unrelenting endeavor during and after typhoon Hato by our clients and community. Our staffs worked
closely with clients to ensure adequate service and assist to recover normal service as soon as external condition
allowed.

Our Social Investment team also participated in numerous initiatives of relief and recovery after the damage of
typhoons. At the same time, we organized various activities together with our likeminded partners such as Kids
Movie Day, Sport Fun Day etc. We truly believe that “How to grow a city” is not just a simple sentence, it means
a lot to us and is our stated commitment to the local community.

CESL Asia believes that everyone is unique and people are the most valuable asset which lead the company to
continuous success. Thank you for being part of CESL Asia!

「我很榮幸地向各位宣佈盛世集團在葡萄牙農業項目的合作談判已進入最後階段，與此同時也成功收
購了第三個位於葡萄牙阿爾加維區的聚光光伏發電廠。在中央政府及澳門特區政府的大力支持下，我
們開展與中葡合作發展基金洽談了有關中國和葡語系國家投資發展合作的事宜。

另一方面，澳門專業顧問有限公司將繼續作為博彩專營公司的顧問，為它們提供專業且高質量的服
務，值得一提的是澳門專業顧問有限公司已獲得兩項大型監理工作，分別為位於港珠澳大橋人工島的
新關口設施以及第四條連接澳門半島和氹仔大橋的建築工程。

在颱風「天鴿」過境前後，同事們的努力和卓越服務得到了客戶和社區的肯
定。我們的團隊透過與客戶緊密合作，以確保提供充足的服務，並在允許的
情況下盡快協助恢復正常服務。

盛世義工隊除了積極組織不同災後社區重建活動外，同時在集團社會發展項
目上不遺餘力，與志同道合的合作夥伴攜手舉辦了「第七屆盛世兒童電影
日」以及「盛世之友運動同樂日」。我們深信，「悉心共樹新城市」並不只
是一句簡單的句字，對我們和我們服務的社區來說，意義重大。
