職業工傷事故報告:

最近，公司某兩處項目工作場所發生了工傷意外，導致同事受傷及財
產損失，品質安全部正調查事故原因及撰寫意外報告，在此希望提醒
各同事注意以下事項:
1. 當發生意外導致任何人員受傷或財產損失時，立即上報給直屬主
管，由主管或場所管理層通報給總公司品質安全部、人事部、法務部
及行政部跟進事宜；
2. 個人工傷意外保險只接受在澳門區內醫生的醫療診斷。
工作安全最緊要，大家都有責任維持一個安全的工作場所。

Work-Related Injury Reporting Issue:

Recently, there were several accident cases which involved body injury and
property damage happened at 2 of our project sites. QAS team are processing
the accident investigation and would like to remind everyone on the following:
1. Report any work-related injury or property damage to the supervisor im-
mediately. The supervisor is responsible to inform the incident to QAS, HRD,
LCA and related entities for further follow up;
2. Only medical consultation in Macau hospitals or clinics is under the insur-
ance coverage.

Work safety is topmost priority in the company. Health and safety in the work-
place is responsibility of everyone.

商廈安全 防火做足

Fire Safety in Commerical Premises

On 11 August 2017, a total of 26 CESL Asia Headquarter colleagues
were involved in the fire drill organized by AIA Tower. Some of them
were appointed as Fire Marshals and Fire Coordinators of different
office zones while some of them were new joiners in the fire drill
event.

Before the fire drill, QAS and Centralized Administration Depart-
ment (CAD) arranged “Fire Evacuation Drill Training” to the partici-
pants in advance and our colleagues got to know more on evacuation
route and their responsibility when there is a fire. After the Fire Drill,
QAS and CAD reviewed and proposed some improvement on fire
safety process to AIA Management Office.

8月11日，盛世集團總公司共有26名同事參與了友邦廣場的火
警演習，包括了總公司所委任的消防隊長、辦公室各區域的消
防指揮員及新入職員工。

在演習前，品質安全部聯同行政部向各參與演習員工安排了「
消防疏散演習培訓」，參與的同事經歷火警演習後更清楚明白
疏散的路綫及自己在火警時的責任。火警演習完成後，品質安
全部和行政部進行檢討並和友邦廣場管理處提出可改善的項 16
目。
