Kane: Due to its special nature, our department often needs to contact with quite a number of
colleagues from different departments, work units and sites. There are hundreds of colleagues
and while getting along with them, it requires enthusiasm, patience and agility. The job helps
me to better my communication and problem-solving skills. It is a challenging job but I like it!
因為我們部門經常要面對很多同事，包括各個部門及工作單位，同事多達數百位。與 Smoke Assessment
同事間進行協調工作，需要投入、耐性及敏捷，工作使我的溝通及解決問題技巧加 進行煙霧評估測試
強。這是個富有挑戰性的工作，但我很喜歡！

Kutani: We come into contact with many colleagues, range from the top management to
every single colleague, with whom we need to coordinate with to improve their working
environment. Meanwhile, we need to deal with different regulations and standards every
day, so we need to be flexible on specific situation and use our own experience to cope
with difficulties while practicing the fixed regulations. Working here helps me to extend
my knowledge on quality & safety field, gives me delight and brings meaning to my life.

我們部門接觸很多員工，上至管理層，下至各位員工，都需要透過我們去作協調來改善員工的工作環境。同時，我們
每天都會接觸很多法規和標準，我們需要靈活處事，運用經驗來解決問題，才能更好地把這些既定的規條實踐。這份
工作讓我增加了在品質安全範疇的知識，加添工作樂趣和意義。

Eugenia: With the completion of more large-scale infrastructure in Macao in recent years,
more attention is paid to the issues of working environment and vocational safety. To me, so-
cial responsibility underpins all the issues and this responsibility should be shouldered by the
whole team of a company. Our department is trying to deliver this important message to each
colleague. Once I met a colleague who told me that he only started to get familiar with OHS
concepts after he started working here. What makes me proud of working here is that we can
pass on ideas to colleagues and such ideas can influence their ways of thinking, behaviors, and Noise Assessment in Fire Engine

隨著近年澳門更多大型基建的落成，大家對於工作環境、職業安全等議題就更為關注。我認為當中意味著的，正
是一份社會責任。而這份社會責任，是整間公司的同事一起努力才能實踐的。我們部門就是要把這個理念帶給每
位員工。像是曾經有位員工他跟我說他是到盛世集團工作才真正意識到職安的重要性。這份工作帶出的成就感便
是你可以把一個理念傳給員工，影響他們的思想、行為，甚至一生。

主持安全推廣計劃頒獎儀式 cent years when the Headquarter is trying to get into the ISO system as our business
units do. Our team may not start as expert at the very beginning, but right now they
are all versatile teammates. I am grateful to the company for offering opportunities
where we can strengthen our skills and experience. All of us have already acquired
relevant qualifications and can use our professional knowledge to deal with an issue
independently. Of course, a single person’s effort is never enough, we need to work as
a team to encounter difficulties.
我看到部門內每位同事都是一路成長的，特別是近年來總公司推行ISO體系，致力與各業務單位接軌。我的隊員由原
先可能不是最專長的，到現在已經成為一位位全面的工作者，可謂跟著公司一起成長。我感謝公司提供了很多專業
的培訓，讓我們去考取認證資格，使得現在每位同事也擁有了自己的專業資格去獨自處理工作。當然一個人的力量
是不夠的，也需要整個團隊的配合。

Angel: I am trying to achieve effective teamwork. We have a department group email
where we share information to strengthen our internal communications and ensure that
none of us miss any important issues. To guarantee our work quality, I try to assign one
colleague as major person in charge and the others as backup persons for each project
so that colleagues can complement one another in case of any emergency. Meanwhile,
colleagues can keep learning new things for different projects and improving their At Safety Promotion Program Award
skills and knowledge. Now I see them having a great teamwork, and all of them can act 主持安全推廣計劃頒獎儀式
on their responsibilities and undertake the assigned task alone. I am so proud of them!
我致力成就一個好的團隊工作。我們有一個部門共用的電郵，我們都會在此分享一切的消息，確保不會錯過任
何一則重要的信息，從而加強部門內部的溝通。另外，我嘗試在每個項目都配有主力和後備同事，以便有突發
事情，大家可以作出替補，保證團隊的工作質量。每位同事亦會輪流到對方的項目工程工作，使他們對其他項 16
目了解更多，學習到其他新知識，持續進步。現在，我看到他們很團結，每一位都能獨當一面地工作，我為他
們感到驕傲！
