Nath: Language and cultural barriers are some challenges
we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. These are not
easy to deal with; but these barriers also motivated me
to find ways to reach out to others to achieve my objec-
tives. We may come from different cultural backgrounds
and speak different languages but we are still members
of one company, pursuing one goal. I had to develop my
interpersonal skills, learned how to communicate with
non-English speakers in the company through others who
could speak both English and Chinese.
