having to sacrifice its relationship with its employees. Even
during the trying times of the company, they tried their best
to implement the motto ‘Nobody gets left behind’. When
they say that you are a family member, they really mean it,
and for those who have been with the company for quite a
long time can attest to this.
I think the main reason I have stayed this long with CESL
Asia is the respect, opportunities and challenges I am re-
ceiving. CESL Asia gave me opportunities for career growth
and supported me to complete my post graduate studies.
