                           she is also a great chef and here is one of her secret recipe. Let’s learn how to make Spiritual Cod Fish from
                           Isabel!

                           *For 4 servings
                           •	 2 large pieces of cod fish
                           •	 2 large carrots – minced
                           •	 2 medium onion – minced
                           •	 6 garlic cloves – minced
                           •	 2 loaves of bread
                           •	 1/2 liter milk
                           •	 2 bay leaves
                           •	 Cheese
                           •	 Ham

31                         1.	 To take out the salt, soak the cod in water. Change the water from time to time within 2 hours.
                           2.	 Cook the cod with water and once it’s cooked mince it. Toast the bread and make bread crumbs.
                           3.	 Heat 1/2 liter of milk and pour it on the minced bread, mix well until smooth.
                           4.	 Heat 6 table spoon of olive oil in frying pan and put in the minced garlic and onion. Stir fry until brown,

                               put in the minced carrots and stir it in well. Cover the pan and leave it until cooked. Next pour in the cod
                               and bread and mix them well. Flavor with salt and pepper. Place bay leaves in a pyrex container and pour
                               the mixture in. Pulverize some breadcrumbs, grated cheese and ham and sprinkle on top.
                           5.	 Preheat the oven at 170 o for 20 minutes then put in the container. Before serving, add some black olives
                               on the top.
                           6.	 Serve with rice and green salad.

                           Sauce to go with the dish: use some milk, 1 tea spoon of cornstarch, 1 egg yolk, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of
                           margarine to make a cream.
