Q:  How long have you taken pictures?
                                                              A:  Actually it’ve been a long time ago, probably since I was
                                                                a teenager. I moved to Macao in 2006, and I started chang-
                                                                ing from analog system to digital one to process photos in
                                                                2007, I learned as a beginner.  From that moment, I realized
                                                                I need to do something meaningful, thus I started to work on
                                                                something about photography. When I captured the photos, I
                                                                caught the feelings at the first stage and the second stage is to
                                                                let the photos ages, then I further develop and elaborate more
                                                                through the digital process. I hope the photos can showcase
                                                                my attention to the viewers.

                                                             問:  甚麼時候開始攝影?
                                                             答:  其實已經很久了,當我還是青少年吧。2006年我移居到
                                                                澳門,2007年起我便從模擬系統的處理照片方式轉成
                                                                數碼化,由零學起成為初階者。那一刻,我發現了需要
                                                                做一些有意義的事情,於是展開了攝影愛好者的旅程。
                                                                在拍攝的時候,我捕捉了那一刻的感覺,然後讓相片沈
                                                                澱。其後,我會繼而通過數碼化程序或軟件的加工,將
                                                                情感揮發並呈現於觀眾眼前。



  Q:  From your point of view, how and what makes good photos?
  A:  Since it is a selective process, you need to look at the objects
     and photos repeatedly. First, ask yourself why would you cap-
     ture this, is it worth to capture, you cannot go off topics but
     bring what you want to express to the viewers. “Don’t misun-
     derstand, simplicity is achievable through hard work” is one
     of my favorite quotes, which reminds me to take simple pho-
     tos with effort.

  問:  在你的角度來看,如何能拍出好的相片?
  答:  因為是一個選擇性的過程,您需要重覆地看拍攝的對象
     及作品。首先要問問自己為何要拍攝,是否值得拍攝,
     然後不能過份地偏離,帶出您所想的訊息予觀眾。『別
     誤會,努力不懈才能成就簡約』是我很喜歡的座右銘,
     而它正正在提醒我要更加努力地拍出簡約照片。












                                                               Q:  What is the difference between Architect & Photographer?
                                                               A:  As I am an Architect, I have the architectural sense when
                                                                  being a photographer. Most of the photos are taken during
                                                                  my vacations and due to my profession, I have my own
                                                                  photo structure.  The photos include geography, physical
                                                                  and nature, I would also take photos with the role of archi-
                                                                  tect.


                                                               問:  建築師及攝影師兩者有何區別?
                                                               答:  作為一個建築師,我擁有建築的觸角去拍攝。大部
                                                                 分作品都在旅遊期間拍攝,基於我個人的專業範
                                                                 疇,我有自己獨特的照片構圖。拍攝作品涵蓋了地
                                                                 理,物理以及大自然的相片,而我亦會以建築師的
                                                                 角色去拍攝。
