                                     tial of modern technologies.  In the meantime,  a total of four colleagues  at-

           Development               tended  the  “Digital  Business  Transformation”  course  jointly  organized  by
                                     University  of  Saint  Joseph (USJ) and  the  Macau  Zhongshan  Junior  Cham-
                                     ber of Commerce:  Caleo  Sio, Edison Lo, Francisco  Ricarte  and Kevin Qiu.
                                     The training focused on Digital Ecosystems and Big Data, our colleagues learned
                                     how the digital transformation raised the importance of research in the region-
                                     al innovation systems and big data networks to analyze, understand how digital
                                     ecosystems are formed and the factors that contribute to innovation and growth.
                                     Through Digital Transformation Implementation Plan, they also learned how to
                                     prepare contingency plans to adapt to rapid changes in digital ecosystems.

         盛世集團致力培育人才,並將攜同外界黟伴合作,規劃一系列個
         人化培訓課程,以維持及應對現今或潛在中技術的快速轉變。在
         此期間,集團同事蕭家明、羅瀛棟、韋嘉達及邱一葦一同參加由
         聖若瑟大學及澳門中山青年商會合辦的「商業數碼轉型」課程。
         課程內容重點討論數碼生態系統及大數據,透過此課程可了解數碼
         轉型如何提升區域創新系統的重要性,以及如何運用大數據網絡分
         析及了解數碼生態系統的創新及增長的因素。透過數碼轉型實施計
         劃,同事們學習到如何制定應急方案以適應數碼生態系統的急速發
         展。





                                      Four of our colleagues attended “The 8th Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macau Bay Area
              External                Conference on Operation and Maintenance in Buildings” organized by The Macao Insti-
                                      tution of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (AEEMM), they are David Kong, Redfield
               Training               Cheong, Alex Wong and Fernando Silva. This conference mainly focused on the innova-
                                      tive technology in building management, operation and maintenance, in order to promote
                                      sustainability for both local construction industry and environment. Participants learned
                                      different high performance facility management system, shared and discussed successful
                                      experiences and strategy through case studies.
                                      四位同事於2018年1月5日出席了由澳門機電工程師學會 (AEEMM) 主辦的第八屆
                                      粵港澳大灣區會議  –  屋宇運行及維護,他們分別為鄺銳華、張達康黃子文及施利
                                      樺。此會議着重介紹創新技術如何應用於屋宇設施管理、營運及維修中,以達到
                                      澳門本地建築業及環境的可持續發展。與會者學習不同屋宇高效設施管理方案及
                                      就成功經驗和策略進行探討分享。






         An in-house training of Microsoft Excel was organized during January and Feb-        In-house
         ruary. Our colleague, Wilson Chow is the trainer of the course and a total of 12
         colleagues participated. The training program aims to facilitate colleague’s daily   Training
         work and strengthen their Excel skill.  Colleagues are now able to prepare advanced
         tables and charts during reporting and data analysis in their routine.

         在1月至2月期間,盛世集團於總公司舉辦了Excel基本技巧內部培訓。由同
         事周錫邦先生擔任導師,共12名同事參加。課程旨在加強同事們的Excel技
         巧,從而提升工作效率。完成培訓後,同事們在日常工作中可運用Excel圖                                                                       10
         表等工具撰寫報告及進行資料分析等。
