Mr. Antonio Trindade, the President and CEO of CESL Asia, advocates that Macau environmental situ-
ation is bad and requires urgent changes, as matter of Public Interest. He then indicated that the first step
to solve the environmental problem should start from the source like reducing waste, water saving and
protection in order to enhance the processing capacity. To balance the public interest, we should take into
account in different aspects such as public hygiene, sustainable economy and tourism while developing
Macau.
盛世集團董事主席及行政總裁田達德先生於訪問中表示澳門的自然環境保護不足，為公眾利益
前提下，呼籲立刻改善。他提出解決當務之急的問題應從源頭著手，包括減少製造垃圾、節約
用水、保護水資源等，逐步提升處理能力，並應從公共衛生、經濟可持續發展及旅遊問題等多
方面考量，在澳門發展的同時，兼顧公眾的利益。
