What is difference between Lantia
and CESL Asia…

Lantia與盛世集團的不同之處…

They are rather different in business scope and corporate scale indeed. Lantia has a comparatively
L smaller size, but we focus our efforts for the identical goals. Despite any disagreement that may occur
sometimes, our team tries to understand one another’s perspectives and reaches for a consensus. Our
team size allows us to discuss face-to-face on corporate issues which helps to avoid misinterpretation
among us.
With this interaction habit among colleagues, we felt a bit weird when we communicated with CESL Asia colleagues who
were accustomed to copying a number of other colleagues in their email loop. After knowing the organizational structure
of CESL Asia, we now recognize that this way of sending email contributes to better and effective communication in a
larger company and guarantees every party involved be informed of updates on a timely basis.

We have obtained much benefit from this team-building activity, and what we experienced here would serve as a useful
reference for Lantia.

當然是業務範疇及企業規模。Lantia的經營規模較小，但我們
皆為達成共同的目標而努力。當意見不合的情況發生時，團隊
會試著了解不同的觀點，互相討論，然後達至共識。這因為我
們團隊的規模允許彼此之間能透過面對面的交流方式來幫助解
決企業的事宜，避免了非面對面交談而產生的誤解。

基於這樣的互動形式，當我們透過電郵與盛世集團同事聯絡
時，不難發現你們通常會同時複本給其他同事，對此我們一直
感到很奇怪。但當我們了解到盛世集團的組織架構後，便明白
到這做法對一間規模較大的公司而言，反而是個有效的溝通方
法，能確保各個參與的人員或部門及時了解最新的狀況。

我們在這次的旅程中，獲益良多；亦深信在這裡獲得的經驗對
Lantia會是一個很有幫助的借鑒。
