氹仔客運碼頭

Focus – Facilities Management Limited starts providing the facility management and
maintenance services at Taipa Pac On Ferry Terminal early in 2017.

Taipa Pac On Ferry Terminal commences operatons to the public on 1 June and covers
an area of nearly 200,000 square meters (total area of 300,000 square meters), equivalent
to 25 standard football pitches. Our services cover a wide range of facilities including
electricity, lighting, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage, elevators,
firefighting, liquefied petroleum gas, communications, security, moorage and embarkation,

baggage handling, etc.
盛世設施管理股份有限公司於今年上半年開始為氹仔北安客運碼頭提供設施管理
及保養服務。
北安碼頭將於6月1月起正式對外啟用，佔地約20萬平方米（總面積達30萬平方
米），相當於25個標準足球場面積；我們的服務涵蓋各層面，包括電力、照明、
通風及空調、供排水、升降機、消防、石油汽、通訊、保安、繫泊及登船、行李
處理以及其他基礎設施等。

銀河110千伏變電站

We are with pleasure to provide maintenance service to our valuable client, Galaxy Macau re-
garding their main power supply station.This main power supply substation manages the electric-
ity transmission and distribution for entire Galaxy property covering Phase 1 and Phase 2, which
also enables the power provision for the phase 3 and phase 4 in the future.

We are proud of taking care of this “heart of building” for our client and would express the grat-

Hong Kong-ZhuHai-Macau Bridge - Artificial Island – Landscape& carpark
港珠澳大橋人人工島─景觀及停車場監管服務

The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge is a mega-size sea crossing linking
the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Zhuhai City of Guangdong
Province and Macau Special Administrative Region. It includes a 29.6 km dual
3-lane carriageway, two artificial islands and associated construction works.

Starting from April this year, MPS will start the site supervision service in the
Artificial Island at the West Coast of Macau Peninsula, including the landscape
and carpark area which contribute 2 out of 4 construction areas of entire island.

港珠澳大橋顧名思義，是連接香港，珠海和澳門三地，一項名副其實的
偉大建築。該工程總長度為29.6公里，包括雙向的三條行車線、兩座人
工島及其它配套設施。

從今年4月開始，澳門專業顧問公司開展於澳門半島以西的人工島的監
督工程，其中包括景觀及停車場的監督服務，佔總人工島建築面積的
9 50%。
