以身作則 Seasonal Fun 關愛社區 CESL Asia Leads in Spreading Love and Care Autumn Gathering ollowing an invitation by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Macao, China, CESL Asia was glad 29 FWe shared with guests and representatives from other corporations our continuous success in promotion to attend the 2014 Corporate Social Responsibility International Forum on Saturday, August 30, 2014. of the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the territory. Given the city’s limited understanding of the concept, the company offered its insights into popularizing the CSR idea across the city. Our delegate suggested that corporations and companies should take the initiative in showing care for communities by pro- actively organizing charitable activities regardless of their company sizes. The presentation helped to further spread the CSR concept to other organizations, with the hope of promoting engagement in community care activities. Taking on the pioneering role in advancing CSR in the city 14 years ago, our forward-thinking company developed the CSR concept into “Corporate Social Investment” (CSI), which has not only generated profitable returns for the company, but has also propelled the personal development of its staff and the city’s sustainable development. 盛世集團獲國際青年商會中國澳門總會邀請出席在2014年8月30日星期日舉辦的「2014企業社會責任 國際論壇」，跟出席嘉賓，其他獲邀企業代表及在場觀眾分享公司多年來在澳門推動企業社會責任 的心得與成果。盛世集團在論壇中探討如何可以在企社責任概念匱乏的澳門讓大眾了解到其背後的 意義。集團認為任何類型或規模的企業跟公司都應以身作則，主動舉辦不同關愛社區的慈善活動， 推己及人。集團早已在14年前帶頭推動本地企社責任，並重新詮釋及發展「企業社會責任」為「社 會發展項目」，項目除了為公司帶來收入及回報，更同時推動員工個人發展及澳門的可持續發展。
