NEWS 新消息 he Dragon Boat Festival of this year is especially meaningful to CESL Asia as on 7 June, it was the first Ttime for CESL Asia to participate in the famous festive race in Macau - Macau International Dragon Boat Race. The CESL Asia Dragon Boat Team was formed in late March and with the lead of the captain, Raul Lemes, there were eventually 16 team members in total from CESL Asia and different subsidiary companies to join the team and participated in the 200m small dragon boat open category. Although most of the team members didn’t have any experience about dragon boat, with a series of professional coaching for two months, the team was well-trained and prepared to make the company’s and personal debut in the race. On the race day, with the cheers from all CESL Asia supporters, the CESL Asia Dragon Boat Team finished two races. Although the team couldn’t win any titles, they already finished with a new team record. The race was a great experience for them and most importantly, the team spirit was built. 1
