The meeting was officially co-organized by AICEP Portugal Glob-
al - Trade & Investment Agency, China Council for the Promotion
of International Trade and Macao Trade and Investment Promo-
tion Institute, themed “China and Portuguese Speaking Countries
in hands for New Chapter”. As a local rooted company, the busi-
ness and investment of CESL Asia cover throughout Portugal and
China, has been striving for leveraging the platform synergy to
strengthen the relationship between Portuguese speaking countries
in complying with the “China Portuguese Speaking Countries Cor-
poration and Development Fund” and the “Belt and Road” policy
by Mainland China. During the meeting, CESL Asia signed the co-
operation agreement with Spin.Works from Portugal and Newland
from mainland China to further facilitate the integration of Macau
as a smart city and promote business opportunities.

洽談會上盛世集團與來自葡萄牙Spin.Works及中國新大陸簽訂三方合作協議
CESL Asia signed the cooperation agreement with Spin.Works from Portugal and Newland from mainland China

今屆洽談會由葡萄牙經貿投資促進局、中國國際貿易促進委員會以及貿促局共同舉辦，主題為「中國
與葡語國家—共譜務實合作新篇章」。盛世集團作為扎根本地的企業，業務遍及葡萄牙及中國，一直
致力發揮平台作用，配合「中葡合作發展基金」以及國家「一帶一路」的政策，鞏固及深化葡語國家
經貿關係，並於洽談會期間與來自葡萄牙Spin.Works及中國新大陸簽訂三方合作協議，貫徹打造澳
門成為智慧城市，進一步促進中國、澳門以及葡語系國家三地的交流合作，致力推動各方營商優勢。

Besides the Portugal visit, the delegation also visited Brazil for the “Brazil – China – Macau's Economy
and Trade Corporation Meeting”. Led by the Secretary for Economy and Finance Mr. Leong Vai Tac,
the President and the Chief Executive Officer of CESL Asia, Mr. Antonio Trindade together with the
Director of CESL Asia, Mr. Dominic Sio paid a visit to the industry union and startup enterprises to
intensify Macau's role to play a significant part in economic and social cooperation.

澳門企業代表團在是次會議期間，除了赴葡萄牙訪問考察外，亦到達巴西出席了「巴西-中國-澳門經
貿合作座談會」，在經濟財政司司長梁維特先生帶領下，盛世集團董事主席及行政總裁田達德先生及
董事蕭志偉先生隨團參觀當地工業聯會及青創企業，進一步推進澳門作為平台橋樑的作用，發掘更多
合作與交流。

Partnering with China & Portugal to Strengthen Macau

三地集團結為伙伴

A total of 24 cooperation agreements and memorandums were signed during the meeting, fully showcased Macau's
role as a Portuguese speaking countries platform, promotes trading activities. CESL Asia gained a lot from the
meeting and after signing the agreement of “China Portuguese Speaking Countries Corporation and Development
Fund” last year, the company dedicates to engage with the “Belt and Road” policy and serve as the platform. In
addition to the agreement signed with Newland from China and Spin.Works from Portugal, our cooperation also
strengthened relationship with China and Portuguese speaking countries. CESL Asia, together with our strategic
partners - Newland and Spin.Works, will leverage the utilization of big data to lay a solid foundation in building
Macau as a smart city.

是次洽談會上簽署了24份協議及備忘錄，體現了澳門作為葡語系國家的平台作用，促進了三地的經貿
活動。 而盛世集團於是次會議亦收獲甚豐 ， 自去年簽訂中葡合作發展基金起，一直配合國家政策，堅
守作為中葡平台角色，除了於會上與來自中國大陸的新大陸集團及葡萄牙的Spin.Works簽訂三方合作
協議外，更藉此聯繫及深化中國及葡語系國家的友好關係。合作的伙伴 ─ 新大陸及Spin.Works將利用
大數據技術，與盛世集團共同為澳門打造智慧城市的願景奠定良好基礎。
