In-house Training

During September and November 2017, Human Resource Depart-
ment organized 4 sessions of Policy & Procedure (P&P) briefing
sessions for Corporate Shared Service (CSS) members, hoping to
strengthen their understanding of Corporate P&P so as to improve
daily operations and workflow.

在九月至十一月期間，人力資源部舉辦了合共四場政策與程序簡報會，藉此加強同事對公司政策與程序
的認知及了解，從而更有效率地處理日常工作及流程。

In October and November 2017, Human Re-
sources Department invited our colleague, Mr.
Bradley Zhang to host two Language Training
Programs (Mandarin & Portuguese) for our
staff. The programs aim to facilitate commu-
nication skills among employees with different
spoken languages so as to smooth daily opera-
tion through these programs, staff learnt daily conversational skills, useful phrases and basic grammar.

十月至十一月期間，人力資源部邀來集團同事張辰先生來擔任兩個語言培訓課程(普通話及葡萄牙語)的
導師。課程旨在協助同事們的日常工作需求，加強與不同國籍同事間之溝通技巧。同事們可透過課程學
到日常生活對話、語句及基礎文法等。

External Training

Mr. Alex Wong from the Operations of Taipa Ferry Terminal and Mr. Miguel Santos from the Technical Support attended
three Continuing Professional Development programs organized by CPTTM and AEEMM in last October. These three
courses are namely “Design & Operation of a Water Supply System for Buildings for Engineering Professionals”, “Building
Management System (BMS) and Energy Conservation for Engineering Professionals” and “Heat, Ventilation and Air Con-
ditioning (HVAC) Design Course (Advance Series 1)”.
