     Leadership Training Program Continues to Nurture Leader Qualities

   There is no end to leadership advancement. To further the success of the “Leadership Training Program –

     Season One” of last year and to cultivate more outstanding leaders, CESL Asia organized the second part of this
     program for 25 colleagues on May 29-30.
     The two-day program, held in Grand Lapa Hotel Macau, enshrined the spirts delivered from the opening re-
     marks of Mr. Antonio Trindade. He stressed that CESL Asia is a people-oriented corporation which is able to
     attach utmost importance to how colleagues become better leaders and grow together with the corporation.
     That is paramount for Macau at the present time. Macau is now undergoing an adjustment period in gaming
     industry. And it is at this moment that the society is counting more on local leaders and non-gaming enter-
     prisers like us.
     The leadership program, once again with the instruction of Dr. Robert Kirby, features as a series of group dis-
     cussions and activities, and aims to equip participants with skills to better their leadership and to foster com-
     munication among colleagues. All participants, with what they have learnt from the program, presented their
     individual action plans in mid-June to Mr. Trindade who has given personalized encouragement and top tips
     for each one to further their improvement.
     We believe that the program gives impetus to the daily management of the 25 participants. Our next Leader-
     ship Training Program will target more colleagues and continue to cultivate leaders for CESL Asia. Let’s look
     forward to it!
