1 CESL Asia Received MECC Award of
Euroexcellence in Innovation

On June 5, Mr. Antonio Trindade, the president and CEO of CESL Asia, and several management team members

from the company attended the 2015 Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony held by Macau European Chamber of
Commerce (MECC). The aim of this ceremony is to recognize local entities which infuse the highest European levels
of quality, innovation and design into their business to the long-term benefit of Macau.
At the ceremony, CESL Asia, as the first awardee, was honored with the Award for Euroexcellence in Innovation from
the MECC. This award recognizes our company for providing a wide range of innovative services and solutions, with
special mention for our waste processing, energy and technical services that meet European excellence standards and
were well adapted for the needs of the modern and future Macau.
Moreover, CESL Asia’s achievement and commitment in sustainable natural resource management, technologies
and process selection, construction and contract management, plant commissioning, operations and maintenance as
demonstrated by their energy and technical operations of public infrastructures, facilities of the large gaming resorts
as well as the development of CPV Power Plants in Portugal are also rated high by the MECC.
This acknowledgement must be extended to our colleagues, their families, and all our clients and business associates,
who have been working together to make CESL Asia deserving of such honorable distinction.
