Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local distributor, key customers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to assess product performance, address customer needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the management team on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional plans, campaigns, and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Provide training and support to the distributor's sales team to ensure product knowledge.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment processes.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all aspects of sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Knowledge of the Macau and Hong Kong markets, including the food distribution landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of English and fluency in Cantonese.
